This Privacy Policy explains how LandersRX (“LandersRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit landersrx.com (the “Site”), submit a form, chat with us, sign up for a service, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site or our services, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in a form submission, chat, or message.
  • Engagement details: information you share about your business, products, ad accounts, customers, websites, and goals when discussing or running a project with us.
  • Billing details: payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
  • Communications: the content of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, time on page, and similar usage data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: first-party and third-party cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics), and similar trackers used to analyze traffic and measure ad performance. See Section 6 for more.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

When you authorize us to access your ad account or analytics platform (for example, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, or Klaviyo) as part of an engagement, we may receive information from those platforms about your account performance, audiences, and creative. We use that information only as needed to perform the services you engaged us for.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Site and services;
  • Respond to your inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver the work you engaged us for;
  • Process payments and manage our business records;
  • Send transactional communications (project updates, invoices, scheduling, account notices);
  • Send marketing communications (newsletters, case studies, offers) where you have opted in or where permitted by law, with the ability to opt out at any time;
  • Measure and analyze the performance of the Site and our advertising;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number through the Site, a form, a chat widget, or another channel where consent is requested, you agree that LandersRX (and providers acting on our behalf) may contact you at that number by SMS or MMS, including using automated technology, for both transactional and (if you opt in) marketing purposes.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP to any marketing message. You will receive a confirmation of opt-out and no further marketing texts. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages required to deliver a service you have engaged.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS-related consent information is not shared with third parties for marketing.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed and only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and processors that help us run our business, including hosting (Shopify), email (Google Workspace, Klaviyo), CRM and chat (HighLevel / LeadConnector), analytics (Google Analytics), advertising platforms (Meta, Google), payment processing, and similar tools, each acting under contractual obligations to protect the information.
  • Professional advisors such as our accountants, lawyers, and insurers, when needed.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. As described in Section 3, we do not share or sell SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.

We use third-party advertising services (including Meta and Google) to promote LandersRX. These services use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure ad performance and to show you advertising on other sites and apps based on your visit to the Site. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for required functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the Site that depend on them.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

  • Opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP as described in Section 3.
  • California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, request correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email hello@landersrx.com.
  • EU / UK residents, under the GDPR / UK GDPR, have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to certain processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@landersrx.com.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored on the Site. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

LandersRX is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Their privacy policies, not ours, apply to your use of those sites.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or a Site banner) before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
